Do you offer dropshipping or retail services?
No, we strictly focus on B2B wholesale manufacturing. To guarantee production efficiency and maximum cost-effectiveness for our partners, we do not provide retail or dropshipping services. All orders must meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Ya. We provide professional formula sampling for our B2B clients. A nominal R&D or sample fee may apply depending on the formulation’s complexity, which is fully deductible from your official mass production order.
What global certifications does your factory hold?

Where is your factory located, and can we visit?

Do you have a quality traceability system?
Ya. We maintain a dedicated Sample Retention Room. Samples of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods from every single batch are securely logged and stored to ensure 100% full-chain quality traceability.

Can I customize the packaging (bottles, labels, boxes)?

What is your mass production capacity?
We operate 20 fully automated high-speed production lines. Operating at full capacity, our annual output can reach 200 million bottles, allowing us to easily handle massive bulk wholesale orders.
What is the standard lead time for mass production?
After you approve the final formulation sample and all customized packaging materials have arrived at our facility, mass production and quality inspection typically take 15 to 30 days, depending on the order volume.
What is the exact process for starting an OEM project?

Service & Production
What are your standard payment terms for bulk orders?
We strictly follow standard B2B payment practices. We require a 30% deposit via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to initiate mass production. The remaining 70% balance is due after the final quality inspection is passed and prior to shipment.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We primarily process payments in USD and RMB. For bulk wholesale orders, T/T (Bank Transfer) is our standard method. For small nominal charges, such as initial sample fees or courier costs, we can accommodate PayPal or Western Union to expedite the process.
What shipping methods do you offer?
For samples or urgent small batches, we utilize air freight or international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For standard bulk wholesale orders, we highly recommend sea freight to maximize your profit margins.
Can you coordinate with my designated freight forwarder?
Ya. We are highly experienced in international logistics and EXW/FOB terms (Guangzhou/Shenzhen ports). Our team will seamlessly coordinate with your designated forwarder for customs declaration and container loading.
How do you package bulk orders to prevent damage during transit?
All finished products are packed into standardized, heavy-duty corrugated export cartons. We utilize secure palletization and shrink-wrapping to ensure your goods arrive safely, even after long-haul sea voyages.
